The Baku Executive Branch hasn't received an appeal from the National Council, head of the Socio-political and Humanitarian Affairs Department of the Executive Power Zaur Ramazanov told Trend on Friday.
According to him, the Baku Executive Branch hasn't received any appeal from the National Council in connection with the meeting.
"I have no idea how one can respond to a document which doesn't exist. If the Baku Executive Power receives any document in the order prescribed by the legislation, it is viewed and responded. After the receipt of such a document, both the organizers of the action and media outlet are informed," Ramazanov said.
