Chairman of the Caucasian Muslims Office Sheikh ul-Islam Allahshukur Pashazade received representative of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Azerbaijan Denise Duran on Wednesday at her request, spokesperson of the Caucasian Muslims Office Rahima Dadashova told Trend.
Duran said that she sees Pashazade's activity as a religious leader on the release of the captives and is informed about this and the activity of the chairman of the Caucasian Muslims Office on release of some captives on the basis of an agreement with the Armenian Catholicos at the beginning of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and expressed gratitude to Sheikh ul-Islam in this regard.
Duran expressed hope that Pashazade will continue to participate in the trilateral meetings of religious leaders, the spokesperson said
