The leader of Lebanese terrorist organization Hezbollah, Hasan Nasrallah stated that the organization's members will not leave Syria, Anadolu agency reported on Nov.14.
According to Nasrallah, the members of the organizations are in Syria in order to protect the country and Lebanon.

He also said that Syria supports Hezbollah.

Earlier, leader of Hezbollah, Hassan Nasrallah declared his intention to continue to support the Syrian authorities in the fight against the rebels. Immediately after, the Syrian opposition members fired at the Shiite neighbourhoods of Beirut, and promised to strike at other targets in Lebanon.

According to the report, the Syrian rebels placed demands on the Government of Lebanon to put an end to Hezbollah's activity in the battle against the opposition.

Lebanese President Michel Suleiman said that Hezbollah is a Lebanese resistance group and is not involved in the fighting in Syria.

During the conflict in Syria, which began in March 2011, over 115, 000 people were killed and over 4.2 million have become refugees in Syrian territory as well as two million have fled to neighbouring countries. The main burden of receiving refugees lay on Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon and Turkey. The total population of Syria before the conflict amounted to 20 million.
