Azerbaijani Minister of Education Mikayil Jabbarov and Belarus Minister of Education Sergey Maskevich signed "Protocol on Establishment of New Educational Facilities in the Territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan between the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus".
