U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, Eric Rubin is discussing the Azerbaijani-U.S. bilateral relations in Baku today, the U.S. Embassy in Azerbaijan told Trend on Thursday.
Rubin's program includes meetings with representatives of the government and civil society.
