Deputy Commanders have been appointed to the Detached General Army in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan, according to the Azerbaijani Defence Ministry.
Head of the Nakhchivan military college Major General Rasim Aliyev and commander of the 'N' military unit located in Nakhchivan, Colonel Teymur Ayyubov have been appointed deputy commanders of the Nakhchivan Detached General Army in line with the orders of Azerbaijani Defence Minister, Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov, the ministry said.
In addition, Colonel Namig Bayramov has been appointed chief of staff of the air defence department of the Nakhchivan detached general army.
Head of the Nakhchivan military police, Colonel Elman Orujov has been appointed head of the Nakhchivan military college.
Colonel Khagani Jabrayilov has been appointed Chief of Staff of the Shamkir military unit, the ministry said. In addition, he will continue serving at this unit as deputy commander.
