Fatullah Gulen [Islamic public figure who currently resides in the U.S.] considers himself as an owner of Turkey, the member of the Council of the ruling Justice and Development Party of the country, Mazhar Bagli said, the Turkish Sabah newspaper wrote on Feb.19.

"All the actions of Gulen and his supporters are aimed at undermining the country's national interests," he said.

The Council member also noted that Gulen`s movement has never approved Turkey's steps in support of Palestine and Egypt.

Earlier, Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan described the Gulen movement as a "parallel structure".

"Parallel structure makes every effort to implement its evil plans in the country," he said.
The premier also called on Gulen`s supporters to create a party in order to lead the political struggle in a democratic way.
