Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey, Elmar Mammadyarov, Maia Panjikidze and Ahmet Davutoglu signed a declaration on Feb. 19 on the results of the ministers' summit in Ganja.

The meeting was held behind closed doors.

It is the third meeting of the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey. Bilateral meetings of foreign ministers' of the three countries were also held today in Ganja.

The last summit of ministers was held in March 2013 in the Georgian city of Batumi.

Ganja is the second largest city of Azerbaijan, and is located in the west of the country, 345 kilometres from Baku.
