Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov received charge d'affaires of Colombia's newly established embassy in Azerbaijan, Assad Jose Gater, according to Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry's press service.
During the meeting the parties discussed the ways of promoting cooperation between two countries in the political, economic, cultural and education areas.
They also expressed hope that functioning of Columbian embassy in Baku will contribute to further enhancing ties between the two countries.
