By Fatih Karimov - Trend: Iran and Pakistan called for facilitation of their bilateral trade.
In a meeting between Iranian economy minister Ali Tayyebnia and Pakistan's Finance Minister Ishaq Dar in Tehran, the two sides vowed to remove obstacles to expand economic cooperation, Iran's Mehr news agency reported on May 12.
The Pakistani minister accompanies the country's Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on a two-day official visit to Iran.
The Pakistani premier will focus on the improvement of economic ties with Iran during his visit to the Islamic Republic.
Several memorandums of understanding and agreements for cooperation in different sectors will be signed by the two countries during the visit.
