Some 13 generals and 70 officers in Turkey will be restored to service according to the Turkish Haber7 TV channel.

The decision was made after the Constitutional Court ordered the release of 230 convicted on charges of "Balyoz" ("Sledgehammer") coup on June 19.

It also reported that the Turkish General Staff approved the decision.
The court ruled that the evidence against the convicted was collected illegally, including illegal wiretapping. Military servicemen accused of preparing plans to cause a crisis in relations between Turkey and Greece, which were prepared to knock down its plane in the sky over the Aegean Sea, presenting the case as it was allegedly hit by the Greek Air Force.

It was also reported that military servicemen allegedly prepared to blow up the historic Fatih Mosque in Istanbul city center for the deterioration of the situation in the country the, and by taking advantage of the unstable situation were going to make a military coup.
