The group that stole State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan's (SOFAZ) and Aztelecom's communication cables has been captured in Baku.

Garadag District Police Department received information that 700 meters of communication cables between the Lokbatan and Puta railway crossings, which belonged to SOFAZ's Communication and Information Technologies Department, were stolen. Also, 120 more meters of Aztelecom in Lokbatan's cables were stolen on Jan.5, Baku's central Police Department reported.

Vusal Abbasov, Farid Dadashov, Mammadali Mammadov and Nurlan Mammadov have been arrested. 

The case is under investigation.
