The legal hearings on a man, who misinformed about the bomb on the Mashtaga railway station, began in Baku.
Preliminary hearings on the suit on a resident of Mashtagia village, Igor Fedoseyev, were held, at the Court of Serious Crimes told Trend on Aug.19. The trial is scheduled for Sep.1.
On June 15, the police received a call from the Mashtaga village about the forthcoming attack on Mashtaga railway station. The caller said the bomb will blast at 09:00.
Employees of the Sabunchu District 14 Police Department 14 arrested Fedoseyev through operative search. He is convicted in accordance with Article 216 (providing obviously a false message about the act of terrorism) of the Criminal Code.
