The 18th anniversary of Kyrgyzstan's independence is being marked in the republic on Monday.
As ITAR-TASS learnt at the governmental press service, festive events will be held in all settlements of the country. The main celebrations, which will be attended by leaders of the state, will be held in the central square of the Kyrgyz capital. Mass gatherings will begin in the square in the evening.
