President of Kyrgyzstan, Kurmanbek Bakiev, will take personal control over the State Development Fund's activity , News Agency "24.kg" reported.
"Budget fulfillment will be now controlled by the president's institute," Bakiev said.
The president said that the fist step to tackle corruption in the country should be a transfer of government's benchmarking functions to public sector.
