OSCE Special Representative on Freedom of the Media, Miklos Haraszti, plans to discuss the freedom of speech situation in Baku on Sept. 7-11, the OSCE Baku Office told Trend .
The OSCE intends to meet with representatives from the authorities, nongovernmental organizations, and ambassadors from OSCE countries.
During his visit to Baku, Haraszti's book, entitled "Media Self-Regulation", will be released in Azerbaijani.
