The Council of Europe jointly with the Azerbaijani Press Council will organize a conference on "Defamation and freedom of speech in Azerbaijan", CE Baku office reported
"The sides will hold debates on state of freedom of speech in Azerbaijan and the necessity to adopt the law on defamation," the CE source said.
Representatives of the Azerbaijani President Administration, Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani Parliament), International organizations and embassies are expected to participate in the conference
