A vocational training center will open in each economic region, said Azerbaijani Education Minister Misir Mardanov.
"We are working to establish a vocational training center in each economic center of the country. They will differ from those of other enterprises. At our centers people of all ages will be educated. Various programs will also be held. It will be possible for a group of 40 year old's, for example, to learn new skills."
The minister added that the level of vocational school education is unsatisfactory in Azerbaijan.
