The Heydar Aliyev Foundation of Azerbaijan has presented literature in Azeri language to the library of secondary school 73 in Tbilisi, the Azerbaijani embassy in Georgia said.
The books were handed over by the ambassador of Azerbaijan to Georgia, Professor Namig Aliyev.
The books include library of world literature published in Latin script in Azeri language in accordance with the order by the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev dated 12 January 2004.
During the meeting with the staff of school, ambassador said that similar literature will be presented to other Azerbaijani schools in Georgia.
The Heydar Aliyev Foundation and its President Mehriban Aliyeva has always paid particular attention to Azerbaijanis residing in Georgia and continue to take care of them, the embassy said.
