The director of Public School No. 151 in Baku was given a final warning after demanding that children wear a compulsory uniform.
The Education Ministry's hotline received two anonymous complaints in connection with the director's request in November, the ministry's Press Service said.
The hotline received 18 appeals in November.
Inquires are made mostly about academic contests, exam preparations, kindergartens and hiring teachers.
