The Council of Europe's Baku Office presented two books today, "Joint Accommodation: A Guide on the Standards of the Council of Europe Regarding Assistance in the Media's Participation in Social Unity, Intercultural Dialogue, Understanding, Tolerance and Democratic Processes," and "Freedom of Expression in Times of Crisis: Guiding Recommendations of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe."
Both books were translated from English to Azerbaijani.
The books reflect the standards of the Council of Europe on democratic values. They are intended for politicians, government representatives, pedagogues, media representatives, NGOs and public organizations.
