Fines worth 132,168 manat were issued for violations at Azerbaijani national parks in 2009, the Ecology Ministry told Trend today. A total of 89,800 manat has been paid.
The country's first biosphere reserve began to be established this year by the ministry's Special Protected Nature Biodiversity and Development Protection Department.
