Azerbaijan has launched a criminal case against individuals accused of illegally arranging students in university.
Sumgayit residents Mammadov Habib and Mekhtiev Rashid misappropriated $26,000 from Guba resident Elman Musayev, and $8,500 from Agjabedi resident Shirinli Faig, Yasamal District Police Department told Trend .
After receiving money from the victims, the accused individuals didn't keep their promise.
The case is under investigation.
