The OSCE will implement new projects in Nakhchivan.
OSCE Baku Office head Ali Bilge Dzhankorel and the Nakhichevan Autonomous Republic (NAR) reached an agreement during a recent meeting.
The sides agreed on several projects including the administration of public meetings, a seminar on border management, the monitoring of vessels, creating a resource center, and training judges.
The OSCE plans to hold several projects for media and in connection with the upcoming parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan.
