Azerbaijan, Baku, Feb. 5 / Trend T.Jafarov /
Iran annulled an order obligating Azerbaijani citizens to pass blood tests before entering the country, Iranian Health Minister Marziya Vahid Dastjerdi said at the news conference in Baku.
From Feb. 1, Iran launched unilaterally a visa-free regime with Azerbaijan.
Azerbaijani citizens can stay in Iran 15 days without a visa. Those wishing to extend their stay in the country must apply to the Iranian Foreign Ministry. Based on the appeal, the duration of the visit may be extended up to three months, he added.
