The weather in Azerbaijan will improve this week, National Hydrometeorological Department at the Azerbaijani Ecology and National Resources Ministry Acting Director Umayra Tagiyeva told Trend .
She added that it will snow in the regions this week. In Aran, temperatures will fall at night to -3.8 degrees and rise to 3-6 degrees in the afternoon. In mountainous areas, temperatures will reach -10-15 degrees at night and from -3 to +2 degrees in the afternoon.
There will be no precipitation in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula several days. But north winds will blow, Tagiyeva said. Temperatures during night hours will hit -2-5 degrees. Temperatures are expected to increase to 3-6 degrees in the afternoon.
