The Council of State Support to NGOs of Azerbaijan under the Azerbaijani President eliminated 75 projects presented for tender.
"Seventy-five projects were eliminated due to the lack of correspondence," State Support Council CEO Farasat Gurbanov told Trend today
The State Support announced a competition related with financing projects of NGOs in 2010 early December 2009
Over 480 projects have been submitted to the competition.
The projects are submitted on 22 subjects within seven main directions. About 903,000 manat has been allocated for all directions.
The deadline for the applications was from Dec.8, 2009 to Jan.15, 2010
The results will be published March 10.
The next tender will be announced in April 2010. The Council is planning to hold four tenders worth 2,063,000 manat
According to Gurbanov, the Council sent 414 projects to experts' consideration
"The process will be completed till the end of the week," Gurbanov added
According to Gurbanov, the State Support Council made every possible concession during preliminary selection of the projects offered for the competition.
"But there are some conditions that we are not allowed to break," Gurbanov added
