There were revealed deficiencies in that inhibit the implementation of court decisions in several Azerbaijani court executive structures' activities, the meeting held at the Justice Ministry with the participation of the court executive structures' heads and inspectors.
Activities of the court executive structures of the districts of Sabayel, Yasamal and Nizami, and cities of Sumgait, Barda and Khachmaz were criticized. It was pointed out that some workers, showing negligence to the job requirements, untimely exercise executive action that causes fair discontent of citizens.
The meeting gave specific instructions to increase control over the activities of services, elimination of existing errors and shortcomings.
In 2009, 85 percent of about 100,000 executive were resolved, General Executice Structure Head Khanlar Zeynalov said. About 819 debtors, who had not fulfilled the legal requirements of the bailiff on the execution of court decisions and other executive documents, were brought to administrative responsibility and 125 persons were prosecuted.
In 2009, the amount paid by legal entities and physicals as a result of executive orders, amounted to more than 38 million manat with an increase of 81.14 percent.
