According to Trend , prosecutor asked the Serious Crimes Court today that Suleyman Shirinov, known as the "Lotu Suleyman," accused of premeditated murder be sent to jail for 12 years.
A judicial review is scheduled for Feb.17.
Shirinov shot Abuzar Abuzarov who was engaged in a kidnapping Nov.19, 1997.
Shirinov was arrested in 2008.
