The trial of a person accused of robbing a member of the Bar, a board of lawyers, has started in Azerbaijan.
Baku city's resident Elnur Huseynov, accused of robbing Bar member Leyla Huseynova, pled innocent today.
According to the accused, he has four universities degrees and diplomas of higher education.
"I graduated from a military school named after Nakhchivanski. I am a jeweler, and I have worked at a factory for champaign production, as well as a computer programmer. I am a lawyer, and an artist and a swindler. All these are my professions," Huseynov said during his testimony.
Judicial review is scheduled for Feb.22.
Huseyinov was arrested two days after the incident.
