A teenager accused of killing a Baku metro machinist was sent to a psychoneurological clinic for treatment.
Today the Baku Heinous Crimes Court decided to suspend criminal proceedings against Baku resident 16-year-old Ali Ahmedov, and send him for treatment to Psychoneurological Hospital No1.
Ahmedov is charged with Article 120.1.9 (Deliberate Murder) of the Azerbaijani Criminal Code.
Yagub Mammadov, a machinist assistant, was attacked at the Sahil Metro Station June 18, 2009.
