The Azerbaijani Ombudsman's office staff met with a prisoner who is on hunger strike.
Elhan Nasrullayev, detained in the investigatory isolator No. 3, refuses from eating for nine days in protest against the verdict of the Court for Grave Crimes, the ombudsman's office press-service told Trend .
The prisoner was recommended to stop the hunger strike because his health is deteriorating and appeal to the court.
The Ombudsman's office staff met with the doctor working in the prison and asked him to pay attention to Nasrullayev's health.
