Azerbaijani Universities’ branches can be established in Georgia

Education Minister Misir Mardanov and the Governor of Kvemo-Kartli David Kirkitadze discussed the establishment of branches of Azerbaijani universities in Tbilisi, the Ministry of Education said

During the meeting with the governor the minister also discussed the possibilities of teaching the Georgian language in Azerbaijan.

Mardanov stressed special attention to Georgian schools in Azerbaijani regions such as Gakh, Balaken, Zagatala. In turn, the Governor announced the funds allocated by the Government of Georgia to repair and develop Azerbaijani schools in Kvemo-Kartli, a new concept of education in Georgia.
