The Baku City local economic court No. 1 ended the trial process on the Mozalan magazine's claim against the Azerbaijani Press Council. Court' Judge Sharafat Mammadov did not satisfied the magazine's claim, the Press Council reported.
The magazine's leadership did not agree with including the magazine's name in the council's "black list" of racketeering publications. The magazine's leadership appealed to the court to overturn the council's decision and impose a fine on it for moral damages in the amount of 100,000 manat.
