Azerbaijani diaspora organizations in Germany will hold events dedicated to Republic Day May 28, the State Committee for Work with the Diaspora told Trend.
The Coordination Center of Azerbaijanis in Germany (CCAG) will hold an event in Berlin together with the Azerbaijani Center of Culture, as well as the German-Azerbaijani Solidarity Society. The Azerbaijani Society of Culture in Hamburg will also hold a meeting in connection with the holiday.
The Union of Azerbaijani Students and Academic Staff in Germany will also organize a three-day forum on Azerbaijani residing in the country in Gerolstein.
With the help of the Azerbaijani-German Cultural Society in Nuremberg, the union will also hold an event with political parties and representatives of Turkish and Jewish communities. A documentary film about the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic and the history of Azerbaijan will be screened.
