Azerbaijani-American Council (AAC) joins all Azeri-Americans in celebration of the U.S. Independence Day, July 4th, a statement by AAC says.
Independence Day is a major U.S. public holiday, celebrated in honor of the adoption of the Declaration of Independence.
July 4, 1776 representatives of 13 states signed a document proclaiming the United States independent from the British government.
AAC wished all Americans prosperity, peace and success in their pursuit of happiness.
