Azerbaijan, Baku, June 8 / Trend K.Zarbaliyeva /

The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan received a request to prepare the state order for the training of civil servants.

The Civil Service Commission under the Azerbaijani President has gathered information obtained from government agencies and developed a final document, Commission Head Bahram Khalilov told Trend.

A prepared document reflects the gathered information, and orders all state agencies to improve the civil servant skills in three ways.

Khalilov said the commission appealed to all state agencies to compile information with a view to identify their needs.

Each state agency informed the commission about how many civil servants are needed and what qualification they must undergo.

Khalilov said that qualification is necessary in three major directions.

"The first area relates to all state agencies: ethical behavior of civil servants. The second trend is related to civil servants' specialization, and the third in the expertise of civil servants in foreign languages and computers," Khalilov said.
