Azerbaijan needs to develop a code of health, Parliamentary Committee on Social Policy Chairman Hadi Rajabli told Trend.
There are many identical laws in health area, which can be combined into a single code, Rajabli said.
"The text of some of them is repeated," Rajabli said.
As an example, Rajabli cited current law in Azerbaijan On state care of persons with diabetes, recommended Thursday to the plenary session of the parliament and the draft law On state care of persons suffering from multiple sclerosis."
