The first rehearsal of the participant of Eurovision - 2012 was held in Baku on the stage of Baku Crystal Hall, Trend Life reported. Representative of Montenegro Rambo Amadeus came on the stage first. Together with his team, he performed "Euro Neuro" song in English. Trojan horse was on the scene as entourage. The singer will perform in the first semifinal of Eurovision Song Contest.

Rambo Amadeus is the singer's stage name; his real name is Antonije Pušić. He was born in Montenegro, lives in Serbia and is considered one of the most outstanding singers in former Yugoslavia. His songs combine satirical lyrics on the nature of common people and silliness of local politics. He uses a mixture of musical styles including jazz and Rock (converging towards drum and bass lately), and self-conscious ironic wit (for example, one of his aliases is "Rambo Amadeus Svjetski Mega Car" (RASMC) - "Rambo Amadeus the World Mega Emperor").

The 57th Eurovision Song Contest will be held in Baku Crystal Hall, which is under construction near the State Flag Square. The Baku Crystal Hall is the arena with a capacity of up to 23,000 spectators. Approximately 16,000 people will be able to attend each of the three Eurovision Song Contest live shows in May.

The Eurovision 2012 semi-final rounds will be held in Baku on May 22 and May 24 and the final on May 26.

Logo of the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest is "Fire Flower", while the motto is Light your fire!

Azerbaijan won the right to host the prestigious European song contest after the victory of Eldar Gasimov and Nigar Jamal (Ell / Nikki) at Eurovision 2011 in Dusseldorf, Germany last May.
