Azerbaijani Commissioner for Human Rights Elmira Suleymanova stressed that the purpose of the working group is to eliminate irregularities in entrepreneurship, to determine the directions of developing this activity, to strengthen the state control and responsibility in this area, to fulfill instructions contained in Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev's order on "National Program for Action to Raise Effectiveness of the Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms" and others.

Suleymanova informed about the principles and norms of international law adopted in the field of business and human rights, as well as the priorities of the working group's activity.
