Special issue of Caspian Energy journal, dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the energy and construction sectors development under guidance of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, has been released. The journal was presented during the events dedicated to the Energy Workers' Day and 19th Azerbaijani International Construction Exhibition BakuBuild 2013.
