U.S. Embassy in Azerbaijan has announced the 2014 winter-spring round of the Democracy Commission Small Grants Program, according to the embassy's official Facebook page.
"The topics for the given round include advocating for freedom of expression and speech and media development, development of civil society in the regions, human rights and women's rights, civil society participation by the youth, civic responsibility and democratic values," the embassy said.
The deadline for applications is March 25, 2014.
