My city – my pride contest in Sumgayit

Sumgayit hosted the final stage of the 'My city - my pride' competition.

As part of the activities to mark the 60th anniversary of the Sumgayit city, the Education Department of the city held a contest among students of 10-11 grades of the secondary schools, the Sumgayit City Administration told Trend News on Nov. 14

Teams of the secondary schools No.1 and No. 23 met in the final.

Students responded to ten questions about the city. According to the contest results, the school No. 1 scored 10 points and ranked first, followed by the school No. 23.

The Education Department and the General Directorate of Youth and Sports of the city handed over diplomas to teams.
