The Federation Aeronautique Internationale (FAI) elected the Azerbaijani Federation of Air and Extreme Sports (FAIREX) as an active member, the FAIREX told Trend News.  

FAIREX became the first Azerbaijani structure, which became a member of the organization that defines standards for civil aviation and sports in the world.

Now FAIREX is able to participate in the licensed sports tournaments, confirmed by the FAI Secretariat.

The International Federation brings together representatives from over 120 countries.
