Energy projects are a good method of developing bilateral and multilateral relations. “Such projects will contribute to the integration of Georgia and Azerbaijan into large Europe,” political scientist Ariel Cohen, Senior Research Fellow of the Heritage Foundation (USA), told Trend Capital via telephone from Israel on 14 November, commenting on the fourth energy summit held in Baku on 14 November.
