Abdullah Gul on Wednesday approved a number of intergovernmental agreements with Azerbaijan, the official website of the Turkish President reported.
In particular, Gul signed a law approving the "Agreement between the Governments of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Turkey on Trans-Anatolian gas pipeline system" and amendments thereto, including the "Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Turkey and "The Trans Anatolian Gas Pipeline Company B.V." on Trans Anatolian gas pipeline system".
In addition, the President of Turkey approved a number of other intergovernmental agreements with Azerbaijan on mutual protection of investments, cooperation and an agreement on cooperation in the field of training and support for public employees.
