Bolivian President Evo Morales on Saturday stressed the need to promote mutual cooperation with the Islamic Republic of Iran in all the fields, especially to stop intervention of US imperialism and arrogant powers in global affairs, IRNA reported.

He made the remarks in meeting with vice president for international affairs in Quito, Ecuadorˈs capital, on the sidelines of second term inauguration ceremony of President Rafael Correa.

President Morales appreciated Iranian assistance to Bolivia and called for promoting economic cooperation in all fields.

He called on Iran to help its country on the path to economic development and progress.

He condemning foreign intervention in Syrian affairs. President Morales lauded Iranˈs stance about the issue.

Saeedlu, for his part, underlined the need to promote cooperation with Bolivia in all the fields.

He hoped that President Morales would win the upcoming presidential elections in the country.

Saeedlu appreciated Morales for his support to Iranˈs viewpoints in the international scene.

He made it clear that Iran technical, economic, cultural and agricultural cooperation would continue in future.

He voiced Iranˈs readiness to help Boliviaˈs development and progress.

Commenting on Iranˈs stance regarding Syrian crisis, Saeedlu said that Syrian-Syrian dialogue is the only way to the peaceful settlement of the crisis.
