Trend: An earthquake measuring 4.7 on the Richter scale was recorded in Tajikistan on Sunday morning, ITAR-TASS news agency reported with reference to Tajik Academy of Sciences.
The earthquake occurred at 10:15 am local time.
According to seismologists, the epicenter was located 26 kilometers south-east of Dushanbe. In the capital itself, the quake was felt in the power of 4 points.
There is no immediate report on possible casualties or damage.
