Nar Mobile continues to expand its network of centres and dealers to bring out more comfortable mobile communication services, according to the company's message.
Recently, subscribers have witnessed the opening of several centres in the city of Baku. However, the mobile operator is focusing its attention not only on the capital, but also to the regions and districts.
To this end, an opening ceremony of the new Customer Care Centre has taken place in the city of Nakhchivan on Dec. 4. Meeting subscribers at the opening ceremony, Nar Mobile Chief Sales Officer, Leyla Nasrullayeva briefed them on the company's services aimed at improving the quality of the services at the sales centres.
"As you know, up till now there are three dealer centres in the city of Nakhchivan and Exclusive Dealer Centres in Ordubad and in Julfa respectively. In general, there are 13 more dealer centres operating in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. As always, such elements as customer satisfaction, level of service, as well as the opening of these centres in comfortable and favourable locations are the focus of our attention. That is why we found it important to open another centre here", Nasrullayeva said.
The new Customer Care Centre is located at 1, Tabriz Street and is already open for the residents of the Autonomous Republic.
