The Asian Development Bank (ADB) approved a $98 million loan to Georgia as part of improvement of water supply system.

In this regard the director of the United Water Supply Company of Georgia, Archil Tsabutashvili met with the representatives of the bank's mission.

In particular, the rehabilitation of water supply systems in Kutaisi and construction of a water canal plant in Ureki will be financed with the loan.

The loan will be partially used to purchase equipment, including machinery for cleaning sewage and laboratory equipment for the United Water Supply Company.
